In addition, with our own mould workshops and powerful tooling & blowing capabilities, we are able to handle OEM & ODM projects quickly with low cost.

With around 100 skilled workers, 5 sets of automatic blowing machines, 12 sets of semi-blowing machines and more than 30 sets of assistant machines, our monthly capacity is 1200 tons (around 600000 pieces). The lead time can be as short as 15 to 20 days for repeat PO. Only food grade safety plastic materials can be used in our production. Guided by ISO9001 standard strictly throughout the management process, we have granted our experienced staff the opportunity to tightly control our product quality throughout the production process since our inception. There has been no delay shipment or quality claim since we started direct export in 2007.
